Return & Refund Policy

- Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Used or opened skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory items are eligible for replacement or refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
