Eligibility for Returns

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
• Used or opened skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund.

Return Process

• Contact our support team via email or phone to initiate a return.
• Provide your order number and reason for return.
• Follow instructions to ship the product back to us safely.
• Keep the return tracking information until the refund/replacement is processed.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
